Rubber Antioxidants are rubber particles that are widely used in various industrial applications. Most rubber articles require protection against attack and degradation of their environment beyond what polymers and healing systems can provide. Protection against exposure and decomposition of such environmental conditions as solvents, oils, detergents, heat, cold, light, ozone, and oxygen to name a few.
This two-part solution will relate to Selective Protective Materials known as Antioxidants and Antiozonants. All polymers & damaged products are subject to degradation in exposure to degradative environments such as: - Storage aging - Oxygen - Heat - UV Light & Weathering - Catalytic degradation due to the presence of heavy metal Ions (Cu, Mn, Fe etc.) - Dynamic Flex - Fatigue - Ozone (Static / Dynamic / Intermittent exposure)
